Health Department:
The Charles County Health Department requires all food venders
to obtain a one day permit for those food venders who do not have
a current permit already. The Health Department states that it is the
responsibility of the food vender to contact Candice at 301-609-6751
to obtain this permit at least two weeks prior the event.
It is the responsibility of the vender to provide all requirements to inlcude
if needed electrical generators and clean water.
The Regency BaseBall (Blue Crab) Stadium:
It is agreed that the Waldorf Volunteer Department, the Regency Baseball
Stadium, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members,
partners, subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities, agents, servants, and
employees are hereby release, discharge and acquit from any and all claims,
demands, and actions for any loss, cost, expense, damage or injury either
to the person or property of the Applicant and each member of the Applicant
sustained by reason of any condition of said Common Area or the stadium
parking lot or property, or due to any act of any employee or agent of the
Merchants’ Association or Promotional Fund, Waldorf Volunteer Fire
Department or the act of any other person or entity whatsoever, all of which
claims are hereby waived by Applicant for itself and each of its members.
